It’s been a while since I have made up and shared a recipe. This one is like all my other recipes where it is gluten and dairy free! Over the summer I became obsessed with Dukkah, this obsession has rolled into Autumn. NowI can safely say this dish is great for both seasons. A fresh loaf of bread, some olive oil and some fresh, homemade Dukkah, what a way to cosy in on an Autumn evening.

This recipe couldn't be more simple:

1/2 cup of Almonds
1 tsp of Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp of Ground Cumin 
1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
1/2 tsp Salt
Pepper to taste
Pinch of ground Cardamom
1/2 tsp of Tumeric
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Blend in a bullet or with a whiz stick and serve with your favourite bread and olive oil. My favourite oil is the Leccino from Two Black Dogs. Store in an airtight container, I'm not sure how long it will keep for because I always eat it within about 2-3 days of making it. If anyone lets it last long enough to figure it out, let me know in the comments.
